4. Role of Jetwist
Jetwist operates as the Merchant of Records in all transactions, managing the financial aspects of bookings. However, it’s important to note that Jetwist is not the final provider of the flights; the suppliers are responsible for the actual flights and related operations.
5. Payment and Commission
a. Payment: Jetwist will charge the user’s card through the payment processor Stripe, and the total amount collected will be forwarded to the suppliers. Jetwist retains a percentage of the total amount as its commission for facilitating the transaction.
b. Commission Sharing: If there are other intermediaries involved in a sale, such as brokers, the commission may be shared with them as agreed upon. The specific commission percentages and arrangements will be disclosed during the booking process.
6. User Responsibilities
a. Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process.

c. Users booking whole flights and sharing seats are responsible for se]ng fair and transparent prices for other users.
